These Terms & Conditions, along with any Agreements made, refer to the individual browsing our website and/or making a purchase as the “Customer”, “You“, or “Your“. Our company, Noble Marketplace Ltd., is referred to as “The Company“, “Ourselves”, “We“, and “Us“. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and payment necessary for our assistance to the Customer.
For customers exporting goods out of the country, the following terms apply:
The minimum export spend is £80.
VAT-exempt goods must be collected by a reputable shipper who provides a Collection Note and Bill of Laden for Air Freight or Shipment Certificate for Sea Freight.
We accept cash, bank transfers, and debit cards only for payment.
Bank transfers must reflect in our account before goods can be released to the customer.
We do not accept international debit or credit cards or cheques.
Goods must be collected by the shipper within 2 weeks of purchase.
Full payment must be received by Noble Marketplace Ltd. before goods can be released to the freight agent.
These Terms & Conditions are part of the Agreement between the Customer and Noble Marketplace Ltd. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you indicate your understanding and acceptance of the full Terms & Conditions contained herein. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Delivery & Return Policy
Delivery: All orders will be processed within 2 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, upon receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates: The shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free local delivery is offered for orders over £50 within the UK. Deliveries are made on weekdays from 9:00 am. We will notify you of our arrival on the day of delivery via text message using the phone number you provided at checkout.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund, less shipping costs, for unused items returned in their original condition. Please email us at info@noblemarketplace.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the damaged item if your order arrives damaged. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis and will strive to reach a satisfactory resolution.
Return and Refund Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for assistance. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the packaging. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase with the item.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and inform you of its status. If your return is approved, we will refund your credit card or the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account will depend on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping: You are responsible for paying your shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Personal data stored or processed electronically is kept within the European Economic Area (EEA) or may be transferred securely to a trusted third-party provider outside of the EEA who has a contractual agreement with us requiring appropriate safeguards and an adequate level of protection comparable to that within the EEA. Our trusted third-party provider outside of the EEA is Google LLC. All physical media is securely retained by Noble Marketplace within the UK.
How Long We Will Keep Your Data
We will keep your data for as long as reasonably necessary, depending on the nature of the data provided.
